The nose is fruity and offers elegance as well as a certain complexity. It reveals notes of quince, lemon cream and small notes of crushed kumquat associated with touches of peach, fine hints of crushed Mirabelle plum as well as fine hints of spices, pâtisseries, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of marmalade and brioche. The palate is elegant, fruity, racy and offers juiciness, minerality, a fine acidulous frame as well as a small tension. The efferverscence is frank, dynamic and precise. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of quince, crushed peach and small notes of egg cream associated with touches of juicy / fleshy Mirabelle plum, a touch of crushed kumquat, discreet hints of sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of pineapple and pâtisseries.
