A beautiful mousse. The nose is relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of apple compote associated with touches of ripe williams pear, citrus as well as a discreet note of almond, dried fruit and a vinous touch. The palate is fruity, relatively fat, round, racy and offers a small acid frame. The effervescence is fine and well built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of williams pear and slight notes of pineapple associated with slight notes of lemon as well as a touch of mandarin, honey, almonds and a small vinous touch. Good length.
