Champagne Sadi malot – Rosé de Nature – Brut Nature Rosé, Premier Cru

(disgorgement: 05/2019. Base: 2016) The nose is fruity, elegant, precise and offers a small frank side. It reveals notes of crunchy vine peach, peach blossoms and small notes of lemon associated with small touches of limestone, fresh kumquat, lemon blossoms as well as a subtle hint of fresh strawberry. The palate is fresh, fruity, incisive / frank and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, minerality, a fine gourmandize as well as tension. The effervescence is very fine and frank. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy nectarine, crunchy / juicy green apple and small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of peach blossoms, lemon blossoms as well as a subtle hint of kumquat, zest and an imperceptible hint of butter brioche. Good length.
