The nose is fresh, racy et slightly tight. It reveals notes of apple, kumquat and slight notes of lemon associated with a touch of crushed pear touch, limestone as well as an imperceptible toasted hint / beeswax and white pepper (in the background). The mouth is fruity, fresh, dynamic, well defined, precise, straight and offers a good structure as well as a beautiful acid frame. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, straight and relatively creamy. In the mouth the wine expresses notes of apple, brugnon/nectarine and slight notes of lemon associated with slight touches of zests, grapefruit, limestone, a touch of vanilla as well as a very discreet/imperceptible touch of brioche and beeswax (in the background). Good lenght. Good persistance. There are touches of citrus, toasted touches and touches of vanilla/almond on the persistence.
