The nose is fresh and offers a small intensity as well as a small complexity. It reveals notes of crushed red berries, cherry acidulous candy and small notes of violet associated with small touches of quince, apple and slight hints of rose essence. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral (racy minerality), well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension as well as dynamism. The effervescence is ample and well-built. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh / crunchy cherry and small notes of rose associated with small touches of violet, quince as well as discreet hints of flowers, vinous and an imperceptible hint of verbena (in the background). Good length. Acidulous persistence.
