The nose offers intensity, a small concentration as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of strawberry candy, raspberry and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with small touches of cassis acidulous candy, a hint of citron as well as a very discreet hint of fresh flowers and an imperceptible hint of fresh verbena. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers precision, a fine concentration, gourmandize as well as a small aerial side. The effervescence is well-built, quite fine and dynamic. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, fresh cherry and small notes of citron associated with small touches of kumquat, juicy / fresh yellow nectarine, fine hints of cherry blossoms, violet as well as an imperceptible hint of cassis leaf and verbena. Good length.
