The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous frame as well as vivacity/dynamism. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and frank. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh lemon and fresh green apple associated with small notes of mandarin, fresh/juicy lime as well as fine hints of crunchy pear. Good length.
