The nose is fruity and offers intensity. It reveals notes of strawberry, cherry and small notes of fleshy / juicy nectarine associated with small touches of zest as well as a subtle hint of kumquat and biscuit. The palate is well-balanced, well-built, very discreetly tight and offers a small fat, a small chiseled side, minerality as well as a fine tension. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate, this Champagne wine expresses notes of cherry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of cassis associated with touches of crushed nectarine, hints of quince as well as a subtle hint almost biscuit and cassis bud. Good length.
