The nose is well-built and offers power as well as minerality. It reveals notes of egg cream, lemon and small notes of pear associated with a fine touch of litchee as well as a discreet hint of elderberry flower. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, dynamism, a racy minerality as well as a small gourmandize. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and elegant. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe/fresh lemon, ripe/fresh mandarin and ripe/fresh white fruits (pear, nectarine) associated with fine touches of clementine mesocarp, discreet hints of toasted, brioche, elderberry flowers as well as a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible hint of butter (in the background). Appetence as well as a very discreet firmness on the finish.
