Champagne Pierre Trichet – L’authentique rosé – Brut

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of crushed / fleshy strawberry and a hint og raspberry associated with fine notes of ripe white fruit (peach, pear) as well as discreet hints of mandarin and exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave, precise, quite “melodic” and offers a fine tension, an acid frame, a small creaminess as well as a nice volume. The effervescence is well-balanced and very fine. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of crushed strawberry with sugar, raspberry and fine notes of pear associated with discreet notes of blackberry, citrus as well as a hint of green apple and a very discreet hint of lime zest on the finish. Good length. Good job !
