The nose is mineral, fruity and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of fleshy brugnon, fleshy green apple and small notes of juicy citrus associated with a fine hint of fresh kumquat and hints of limestone. The palate is juicy, well-balanced, well-built and offers a very finely tight grain. The effervescence is well-built and offers a fine aerial side. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe/juicy quince and small notes of ripe/juicy Mirabelle plum associated with fine hints of apple, a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of bee wax and almond.
