Champagne Pierre Launay – Prestige – Brut

Beautiful mousse. The nose is fruity and relatively generous. It reveals notes of lemon cream associated with a slight touch of pineapple, white fruit (nectarine, pear) as well as a touch of honey and a discreet hint of caramel. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fluid, suave and offers a fruity / mineral frame (chalk) and freshness. The effervescence is fine and well-made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of eggs cream and lemon combined with a touch of pineapple, nectarine, apple and a slight note of honey (in the background). Good length.
