On the palate this wine expresses notes of citron, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with a touch of fresh apricot, fine hints of lemon, white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of verbena and racy minerality (in the background). Presence of a very discreet hint of nutmeg and hazelnut on the persistence.
