Champagne Philippe Martin – Terre d’Antan – Brut, Premier Cru

The nose is aromatic and offers a certain power as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of quince, citron and nutmeg associated with touches of almond as well as very fine hints of white flowers / peach flowers. The palate is fruity, frank, mineral and offers juicy / crunchy fruit, dynamism as well as a small power. The effervescence is very fine, frank and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of citron, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with a touch of fresh apricot, fine hints of lemon, white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of verbena and racy minerality (in the background). Presence of a very discreet hint of nutmeg and hazelnut on the persistence.
