Champagne Philippe Martin – Rosé de Saignée – Brut Rosé

The nose is fresh and aromatic. It reveals notes of raspberry, honeysuckle and small notes of acacia associated with fine touches of juicy peach as well as a hint of lemon and varietal (cassis bud, cassis leaf …). The palate offers freshness, dynamism as well as a fine acidulous frame. The effervescence is dynamic, tasty and offers elegance as well as power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy pear, crunchy nectarine and small notes of quince associated with touches of acacia, cassis bud, cassis leaf, raspberry as well as fine hints of lemon zest, a discreet hint of kumquat and an imperceptible hint of toasted almond (in the background). Good length.
