The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat, roundness, suavity, freshness, tension as well as a certain straightness. The effervescence is dynamic and lively. On the palate, this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy / juicy pear, lychee and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with a touch of small crushed red berries as well as small hints of rose, lemon and an imperceptible hint of ripe almond (in the background). Presence of an imperceptible hint of butter on the finish / persistence.
