Champagne Perrier-Jouët – Brut, Grand Cru

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy vine peach associated with fine notes of ripe lemon, brugnon/juicy apple as well as fine touches of flowers, hints of yellow fruits (ripe Mirabelle plum) as well as an imperceptible hint of orange flower and honey/biscuit. The palate is fruity, full, gourmand, suave and offers a fine acid frame, elegance, a charming side, a fine minerality (in the background) as well as a good structure. The effervescence offers a very beautiful finesse of the bubbles and precision. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe/fleshy brugnon, fleshy  pear/apple and small notes of vine peach associated with touches of flowers, Mirabelle plum, juicy small citrus (bring peps), vinous hints as well as discreet hints of exotic fruits and honey/biscuit. Good length.
