The nose is fruity and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of juicy yellow peach, pear and small notes of lychee associated with small touches of citrus fruits (lemon, kumquat), discreet hints of small yellow fruits as well as a subtle hint of almond and a very discreet touch of pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers energy as well as a bautiful acidulous / lemony frame. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy / ripe apple and small notes of crunchy nectarine associated with touches of lychee, quénette, tangerine hints as well as fine hints almost crushed apricot, flowers and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible almost dried almond hint on the persistence.
