The nose is fruity. It reveals touches of mango, lychee and quenette associated with a touch of honey, citrus, dried fruit, vanilla as well as a discreet touch of pepper and mushroom. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, fresh, beautifully defined and relatively fat. The effervescence is fine, slightly creamy, tight and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of honey, quince, mango and a touch of honey combined with slight notes of lemon, a discreet touch of brugnon as well as discreet vinous notes / notes of dried fruit on the persistence. Good length and persistence.
