A beautiful mousse. The nose is fresh, fine and quite fruity. It reveals notes of lemon and lemon zest associated with a touch of apple, apple skin as well as a discreet touch of lime zest and chalk. The palate is fruity, elegant, mineral and offers a small tension. The effervescence is fine and bright. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon and mandarin zest associated with a touch of Granny apple and a slight hint of pineapple. Good length.
