The nose is fruity, racy and offers minerality. It reveals ripe lemon, flat peach and a hint of dried peach combined with discreet touches of dried fruits, Granny apple, a hint of beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of spices and white flowers. The palate is fruity, gourmand, racy and offers suavity, freshness, juiciness, straightness, a small fat as well as a slight complexity. The effervescence is very fine, beautifully built, dynamic and elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, flat peach and slight touches of clementine, crushed apple, quenette associated with slight / discreet toasted touches (in the background) as well as a very discreet hint of quince, discreet hints of beeswax and almond on the finish. Good length. The finish is slightly gourmande. Nice persistence. Crunchiness on the persistence. There is an imperceptible touch of patisseries on the aftertaste.
