The nose is mineral, racy and offers a fine richness/intensity. It reveals notes of limestone, crunchy fresh peach and fresh lemon associated with discreet hints of yellow fruits, bee wax as well as a discreet hint of fresh flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful mineral frame, a beautiful suavity, deepness as well as roundness. The effervescence is elegant, well-built and offers dynamism. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of quince, juicy citrus and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with fine hints of bee wax, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length.
