(blanc de blancs) The nose is fresh and offers a small creaminess. It reveals notes of fleshy pear, quince and small notes of egg cream associated with small touches of lemon as well as a subtle hint of small flowers and a very discreet hint of dried almond. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, precise and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful balance, a small incisive side as well as a discreet aerial side. The effervescence is fine, very slightly tight and discreetly creamy. On the palate, this Champagne expresses notes of quince, lemon and small notes of fleshy / pulpy nectarine associated with a touch of kumquat as well as discreet hints of fresh ginger, zest, sweet spices and racy minerality. Good length.
