The nose is fruity and “clean”. It reveals notes of lemon and lemon pie associated with a discreet touch of apple (in the background) as well as a slight hint of yellow fruit and beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-conducted, well-balanced, well structured, relatively fat and offers roundness, a certain elegance and a good volume. The effervescence is very fine, tight, well made and slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and apple associated with discreet touches of vine peach (in the background) and a discreet hint of beeswax and dried fruit. Good length.
