The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, dynamics as well as a small tension. The effervescence is fine, frank and dynamic. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy strawberries, crunchy peach and small notes of quince associated with a touch of bramble, small yellow flowers as well as very discreet hints of dried almond. Good length.
