The mousse is very nice. The fine bubbles are coming up in strings and pop at the surface of the shiny and limpid Champagne. It has a nice rose gold color. The first nose is discreet with floral aromas of jasmine and citrus fruits like candied tangerine. We can also find a little bit of cooked apple and eucalyptus. With air, the Champagne show vanilla and toasted brioche. The attack is fresh with fine bubbles. We find fresh vanilla but also a light woody feeling. The acidity is there, well-balanced. The Champagne is delicate with smooth wild strawberry notes, cherry liqueur and orange blossom. We do have a small astringency in the middle of the mouth which lingers until the finish. The end is floral and light.
