The nose reveals slight notes of dried fruits combined with a hint of dried apricot / dried peach as well as a discreet hint of beeswax and citrus zests. The palate is fruity, beautifully built, well-balanced, elegant, racy (terroir), a bit aerial and offers a beautiful structure, a nice fat as well as a beautiful finesse. The effervescence is fine, elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and slight touches of Williams pear, mirabelle associated with slight hints of marmalade, a subtle hint of spices, hazelnut / almond on the finish (brings suavity).
