The nose is fine, gourmand and quite charming. It reveals notes of egg cream and slight notes of lemon, raspberry associated with a discreet touch of rose as well as a discreet touch of white fruit and orange (very discreet). The palate is fruity, suave, quite elegant, mineral, harmonious, gourmande, large, relatively fat, finely dynamic and offers a fine juiciness. The effervescence is fine and well-conducted. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of raspberry and fine notes of small wild berries, lemon, white fruits combined with a discreet touch of peach / nectarine, tangerine and a discreet note of quenette. Good length.
