(40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. Base: 100% 2012 vintage) The nose is fruity, fresh, fine and crystalline. It reveals notes of nectarine and a touch of citrus, lemon associated with slight touches of quenette, flowers as well as a slight note of passion fruit and minerality. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral and well-balanced. The effervescence is beautifully made, fine, elegant, straight, slightly creamy and slightly discreet. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon and mandarin combined with a touch of quenette, a hint of brugnon, tropical fruit, pineapple as well as discreet notes of fresh almond, honey and a touch brioche. Good length.
