The nose is fruity, full, aromatic and relatively fine. It expresses notes of compote associated with a touch of yellow fruit, white fruit as well as discreet notes of citrus and slight notes of quince. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a good freshness and an acid / citrus frame. The effervescence is fine and creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus and hints of lemon, mirabelle plum combined with a touch of honey, slight notes of apple, a hint of brugnon as well as slight touches of stewed fruit and a very discreet note of dried fruits. Good length. The finish is gourmand.
