The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of yellow fruit associated with slight notes of orange zest, quince and a discreet vinous note associated with a discreet woody note / note of almond and biscuit. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a beautiful fat and suavity. The effervescence is well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, quince and beeswax associated with a touch of apple, papaya as well as a discreet hint of litchi, brioche and slight touches of roasted almonds. Good length. There is a fine touch of chalky minerality on the finish.
