It reveals notes of quince, crushed yellow apple and small notes of crunchy peach associated with small touches of small yellow fruits, a fine hint of kumquat as well as discreet hints of beeswax and a very discrete hint of brioche / roasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, elegant, dynamic, frank, precise and offers a good guideline. The effervescence is delicate, fine, slightly creamy and offers a small aerial side. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of juicy quince, lemon, zest and small notes of small yellow fruit associated with a touch of crushed yellow peach as well as a discreet hint of small yellow flowers and a subtle hint almost brioche / beeswax. Good length.
