This Champagne has a pale golden color, limpid and shiny with very fine bubbles. The nose is intense with plum brandy and candied orange zest. We have a beautiful freshness, a beautiful chalky minerality that emerges. With air, an interesting smokiness appears with hints of aromatic herbs and apple blossom. The tasting is fresh, with a slight roundness on the attack. We perceive plum, crushed blackberry but also lemon and juicy fresh apple. We have some nice refreshing bitters. The palate is fine, with grapefruit and a finish of wild moss and lychee.
