Champagne Lepreux-penet – Bulles d’Etoiles – Brut, Grand Cru

The nose reveals notes of apple flowers, apple, small notes of fresh quince associated with fine touches of quénette/exotic fruits and very discreet hints apricot. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers dynamism, freshness, a good guideline, an incisive side and verticality. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy green apple, small notes of juicy nectarine associated with small touches of pineapple/quenette as well as subtle hints of apple flowers and a very discreet hint of fresh verbena leaf. Good length. Very fine hints of limestone/flint on the persistence. A fine effervescence well-built and precise.
