The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of juicy apple, citron and small notes of crunchy peach associated with very fine hints of white flowers, honeysuckle as well as a very discreet hint of egg cream and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is elegant, precise, suave, beautifully racy, fresh, precise, dynamic and offers a small spheric side, gourmandize as well as tension. The effervescence is elegant, precise, fine and slightly creamy. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of quince, citron and small notes of lemon associated with touches of crunchy / juicy apple, fine hints of white flowers, zest and a very discreet hint of egg cream. Beautiful acidity, a small sapidity and presence of a very discreet hint of biscuit on the finish / persistence.
