The nose reveals notes of citrus, strawberry and candied red cherry combined with a touch of rose, tea and brioche. The palate is elegant, fine, supple, rich, intense, fat and reveals a little tension. The effervescence is fine and dynamic. The attack in mouth is soft and offers a little freshness. In the mouth it expresses notes of sweet raspberry and candied cherries combined with hints of white fruit, a touch of candied pear, blackcurrant and a touch of quince and lemon in the background associated with a small touch of wood. Good length and aftertaste. A beautiful Champagne !
