(disgorgement: 08/2019) The nose is fresh, elegant and offers a certain delicacy as well as precision. It reveals notes of fresh nectarine, fresh quince and small notes of fresh apricot associated with fine touches of pear as well as a discreet hint of acacia / white flowers. The palate is fruity, racy and offers a beautiful racy minerality, an acidulous frame, delicacy, finesse as well as a fine aerial side. The effervescence is fine, delicate, harmonious and offers elegance. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy pear, pear flowers, peach and small notes of apricot associated with very fine hints of quince and a subtle hint of lemon. Good length.
