The nose is aromatic, fine and offers a slight freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of quince and slight notes of fresh mandarin associated with hints of white fruits, a subtle hint of exotic fruits, a very discreet hint of oak, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of dried fruits and chalk. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmand, racy and offers a good definition, suavity, a good freshness as well as a beautiful acid frame. The effervescence is fine and well-built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh lemon and slight notes of quince, white fruits (apple, flat peach) associated with hints of exotic fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of oak. Good length.
