(disgorgement: 01/2019) The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a small creaminess. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, egg cream and small notes of crushed white fruits associated with fine touches of lemon blossom, mesocarp, tangerine as well as a discreet hint of kumquat and spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, racy, well-built and offers minerality as well as an acidulous frame. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and offers fullness. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh vine peach and small notes of fresh lemon associated with a touch of citron, a fine hint of raspberry leaf, cherry blossoms as well as very discreet hints of kumquat and racy minerality. Good length.
