(100% Meunier) The wine has a salmon pink color with orange highlights. The nose is fragrant, fruity and tangy. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, dried raspberry in the background, crunchy strawberry, fresh red currants, fresh cranberries, as well as wild rose, peony, a hint of grapefruit and a smoky touch of bergamot. After aeration, we also find a gourmand hint of raspberry yogurt and the freshness of cut rose stems. The palate is juicy, fruity and tangy. We find notes of wild strawberry, bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, red currants, as well as peony, wild rose, associated with the tanginess of citrus fruits (grapefruit, bitter orange) and a lactic touch of raspberry yogurt. The finish is long, with precise flavors of fresh raspberry, cranberries and grapefruit with their bitterness. Beautiful lively and energetic acidity. A gourmet champagne, fruity and vinous, but complex and chiselled.
