Champagne H. Blin Rosé – Champagne Rosé

The wine has a salmon pink color. The nose offers a beautiful tangy citrusy framework (grapefruit, lemon zest, lime juice in the background), combined with aromas of tangy red fruits (cranberries, bigarreau cherry, raspberry), and a touch of cherry blossom and, nutmeg in the background and a light touch of butter. On the second nose, we also smell a limestone minerality and a hint of lemon yogurt. The palate is fruity, with notes of raspberry, bigarreau cherry, a note of fresh morello cherry, cranberries, as well as lemon zest, pink grapefruit (with a delicate bitterness), a tangy touch of apricot and vine peach in the background. The finish is lively, tangy, with a flavor of apricot and white peach, which lasts on persistence, accompanied by a good bitterness. The acidity is sharp, but balanced by the fruity substance. Good length and a lemony freshness which carries the tasting. The bubbles are fine and persistent, but explosive.
