The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes if fleshy peach, quince and small notes of yellow apple associated with fine touches of citrus and crushed brugnon. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, fat, finesse, a fine freshness, an acidulous frame as well as straightness. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, William pear and small notes of yellow apple associated with fine touches of small yellow fruits, fresh herbs as well as a very discreet hint of brioche/bee wax and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length.
