The nose offers creaminess. It reveals notes of pear, nectarine and lemon associated with slight touches of mirabelles, beeswax as well as a discreet hint of marmelade, brioche and spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity (in the background), straightness as well as tension. The effervescence is slightly creamy and offers dynamism. In mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy brugnon/nectarine, pear, lemon and zests combined with slight touches of quince, beeswax, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of biscuit and almond. Good length. Good persistence with a touch of almond/ toasted oak.
