(Base: 2011 vintage. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir) The nose is fine, fruity and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of lemon associated with slight notes of white peach, a hint of quince as well as a touch of white flowers and a discreet hint of fresh tea leaf. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fat and offers an acid frame and finesse. The effervescence is creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, Granny apple and golden apple associated with touches of brugnon, a hint of quince as well as slight vinous touches on the finish. Good length.
