The nose is fresh, relatively dry and fruity. It reveals notes of pear, lemon, lime and slight notes of lemon paste associated with a discreet hint of peach (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers fat and a slight acid frame. The attack is fresh and supple. The effervescence is abundant, very fine, bright and slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and slight notes of lemon paste associated with slight notes of pear, nectarine and a touch of exotic fruits. There is a small freshness on the finish.
