Champagne Gosset – Grand Blanc de Blancs – Brut

The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity, a fine freshness. It reveals notes of lemon, fleshy/juicy peach, small notes of lemon associated with small touches of fresh apricot, a fine floral side and a subtle hint of flint. The palate is fresh, well-balanced and offers dynamism, a fine incisive side, a very fine roundness, finesse, juiciness and a fine acidulous structure. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, juicy/crunchy peach, small notes of apple associated with fine touches of juicy mandarin as well as discreet hints of juicy/fresh lychee, white flowers, very discreet hints of zest and an imperceptible hint of toast. A fine effervescence very discreetly tight and with a fine aery side.
