The nose is fresh and mineral (limestone). It reveals slight notes of lemon, mandarin combined with hints of flowers, apple, vine peach and a very discreet touch of zests, pâtisserie and elderflower. The palate is fruity, racy, relatively fat, relatively straight and offers a certain volume, minerality and tension. The effervescence is fine and relatively discreet. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, tangerine, granny apple and slight notes of flowers associated with touches of ripe peach and a discreet hint of pear. Good length and persistence with notes of citrus. Small suavity on the finish.
