(65% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier) The nose is fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of lemon, white fruit (pear, nectarine) associated with slight floral notes and a touch of pineapple. The palate is fruity, fat, elegant, silky, sleek and well built. The effervescence is very fine, well done and offers a small creamy side. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of quince, yellow peach, pineapple and apple combined with slight notes of orange as well as discreet notes of citrus (in the background). Good length.
