The nose offers fine notes of lemon zests and fresh Granny Smith apple associated with slight hints of fresh pear as well as a dicreet hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness as well as a slight minerality. The effervescence is very fine and very slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon and slight notes of fresh mandarin associated with discreet hints of vine peach, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of pâtisseries. Good length.
