The nose is fresh, precise, well-built and offers a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of yuzu zests, lime and small notes of green peach associated with fine touches of apple as well as discreet hints of quince (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition as well as a fine straightness. The effervescence is fine and quite dynamic. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/fresh green peach associated with small hints of lime as well as a discreet hint of kumquat and toasted/brioche. Good length.
