The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of crushed pear and brugnon compote associated with small notes of ripe lemon, limestone, quince as well as a touch of honeysuckle, beeswax and butter. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, straight, racy and offers a slight juiciness as well as a nice straightness. The effervescence is fine, very dynamic and bright. In mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon, zests, green apple and slight notes of white flowers associated with a touch of crushed brugnon as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax/brioche (in the background). There is a subtil hint of pâtisseries/brioche on the aftertaste.
